Front Diff fluid on '01 Tahoe Question

    Front Diff fluid on \'01 Tahoe Question

    I'm using Mobil-1 75-90 in the rear diff. The front calls for 80-90 GM brand fluid. Can I use the 75-90 Mobil-1 in the front? What should I use in the transfer case? TIA

    Well i would Do what the Dealership says or the owners manual b/c it could void the warrenty if it has one on those parts idk but i do know they will void the warrenty on trucks and cars if they dont use the right kind of radiator fluid /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif Go with the GM stuff /forums/images/graemlins/deal.gif /forums/images/graemlins/truck.gif /forums/images/graemlins/usaflag.gif www.zombieoffroading.8m.net

    Should be gear lube like open rear.Thats what mine used till SFA swap. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif /forums/images/graemlins/truck.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
