What all does it take to swap a '70 3/4 ton from front drums to discs? I've got a buddy looking to do that and he wants to know what he needs and the steps he's got to follow. Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks
    Matt

Get a '71 or newwer front axle and swap it and the power brake system too.

Is there any way to just take the hubs out and just put on a regular caliper system instead of having to replace the whole axle?

Is it a open or close knuckle front axle?

JUST UPDATE TO ANY AXLE FROM 71-87 AND GET ALLLLLLL THE HARDWARE OR IT WILL COST YOU BIG TIME AND IT WILL TAKE LONGER. I TRIED TO SWAP THE KNUCKLES OUT AND FOUND THEY ARE NOT THE SAME(LONGBED,SHORTBED,CREWCAB ALL DIFF.) WITH THE 44 SO I FOUND A 60 AND PAID OUT THE YING YANG FOR IT BUT ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Yeah I just got it. Unfortunetly my computer is "un-equipped" and I can't open the .Zip file. It'll take some finesse but thanks in advance!
