    ***front SEATBELTS*** for a 77\'Jimmy

i am needing the type where the floorpan rises directly behind the front seats, *NOT* off of a rig where the pan rises right in front of the rear seat. ( is there a body code anyone knows of to differenciate these 2 types?? )

I have a set of red seatbelts I pulled from an old 1984 Suburban I parted out. Just sitting in a box collecting dust. You can have them for free + shipping if they would work.

I have used PICK-UP seat belts, you just have to do some drilling, but I have them installed in my 77'. It`s fun trying to find belts for the 6' bed.

Oh, yeah, I forgot to tell you...there is no "body code" to differentiate for the floor pan. '77 is the last year of that style floor pan. Everything after that has the floor pan that rises at the back seat. You need 77 or earlier belts, period. Also, if you are looking for shoulder belts, then good luck, those are VERY hard to come by for the years we need. I am retro-fitting a set of newer ones into mine. They aren't the color I want, but that's waht they make upholstry dye and paint for! /forums/images/icons/grin.gif I am thinking of swapping out for a later model floor pan someday. It'll weld right in and retain the stock body mount locations. Plus it'll give leg room to the rear passengers.
