What do you all think the standard bolt size should be when upgrading the front shackles? 1/2" and find a replacement bushing sleave? Or 9/16" and eliminate the bushing sleave altogether?

What I was trying to get at, but apparently made it clear as mud..is... which would be preferred, 1/2" or 9/16" bolts standard with our shackles. I am thinking of changing them to grade 8, 9/16" bolts as a standard.

Shane, I know when I got the shackles from you, you sent them with 9/16" grade 8's and they fit in my STOCK bushing sleeve's in my lifted springs.

So, it looks like from now on we'll be making them for 9/16" bolts as a standard. I just like offering bigger/better where we can. :)

You should always run a sleeve, it prevents the you from crimping down to much on the bushing.
