Fuel Cell ?

    eastwood company sells a sealer and other stuff for rebuilding hotrods?

    Most radiator shops can coat the inside of a fuel tank. I is actually designed to seal up leaking tanks but would work on your application as well.

    Tank cream, get it at a motorcycle shop.

    is your fuel cell made from Steel? Why not aluminum? been considering building one from aluminum but probably won't do it until the shackle flip goes in. Just curious why not aluminum.

    My plans include building a steel tank eventually. For me, it will be steel because I do not have the equipment or the skill to weld it in aluminum.

    Thanx for the replies.I found a product called POR 15 that is made just for this application.
