Might as well toss out another question.

Got tired of carburetor problems associated with wheeling on my '71 GMC. Broke down and
recently installed a Holly Projection TBI system on my slightly built 350.
Has anyone got any experience with this conversion? I'm having alittle trouble getting it tuned
    correctly. Would appreciate any input.

I have no direct experience with the Holley injection but while I was researching fuel injection systems( before I decided on a G.M. TPI unit from a Camaro)I ran into alot of posts saying how poor the Holley F/I systems were.Hard to get running correctly, hard to keep running correctly.Do you have a o2 sensor in your system? If not you can buy one for your Holley F/I,may help a little. Some guys have actually taken off their Holley units because they performed so badly! I seriously considered the Holley and Edelbrock fuel injection systems
but ended up going with the tried and tested performance of the G.M. TPI.Sorry.

    Thanks for the quick response.
Can you tell me more about your system and what it took to get it together?
Its never too late to start over!

Got my system from Jim's Preformance
    <a target="_blank" href=http://jimsperformance.com/>http://jimsperformance.com/</a>
It's a 90-92 speed density system. These TPI's came out of Camaro's,Firebirds and Corvettes.Jim takes them and refurbishes them.Check out his site.
Here is a link to pic's of my install of the TPI system.
