fuel mileage on a new 3/4 ton suburban small block

    for those of you that own a new suburban could you please tell me what your real life mileage is with your truck... in c6p heavy duty configuration with the small block...
    Im comparing (as is possible) to the diesel/gas excursion
    ... sure miss the 22 mpg on my 91 4 x 4 6.2 sub... why wont they put the duramax in the SUB!!!!! /forums/images/graemlins/burb.gif
    OK YOU GAS GUYS anyone out there with real life mileage want to answer up or is it a mystery... or do you have to be just plian filthy rich to drive one of these things?

    I think I've become more loyal to diesel than to any brand name... go for the Excursion! SAS to boot!

    I heard a rumor somewhere that they were gonna offer the Duramax in Suburbans....don't know how true it is.
