Few years ago there was a magazine focused on Full size trucks. Is this magasine still in business?

I am tired of reading stories about new trucks/SUV´s, jeeps and Toyotas, I want to read about the real thing!

I am currenlty a subscriber to:

    Off-Road /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
    Fourwheeler /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif
Four wheel & Off road /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

    and lot of car magasines.

yeah, Offroad is crap unless you really like show trucks or something. I let my sub for Offroad run out. Issue by issue I generally prefer Petersons... but Fourwheeler does peak my interest every once in a while with a good article or some TTC coverage (always kinda neat!).

Anyway, it'd be great if there was a FS rig mag... never heard of one but that doesnt me it doesnt exist...

Yeah, a few years back I bought a "Fullsize" magazine. I've still got it in my 4x4 mag stash. I think it was a quarterly magazine actually (4 times a year). And trust me, I've looked for them since then and haven't found any. I don't think it's around anymore. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Oh, and I subscribe to Petersen's and Four Wheeler. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

It'd be pretty cool if one of the big publishing companys would come out with a magazine based on the intrests of the members of this website. I'm sure alot of us would be more then happy too do write ups for them.

I've got the only copies ever made into print here at home. Only 2 copies were printed. Four Wheeler was the mag that came out with that one. Sad to see them quit. It was one of the better mags I've read in quite some time since it covered only the full sized rigs (obvious, huh?).

BTW, I also subscribe to the same mags you listed. Off Road sucks major donkey turd now since they gear more to show and desert trucks. Too much 2wd crap in there, too. /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif I'm letting my subscription run out.

I've also got Four Wheeler and 4 Wheel & Off Road, both of which I started collecting waaaaaaay back in May of 1985. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

For a long time, 4WOR was my favorite mag, but in the past year or two, Four Wheeler has become my favorite now. Just a better mag with more and better coverage of full sized rigs. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

For those who are badmouthing Off-Road...First, I hear ya, I quit subbing awhile ago even though I like the desert stuff, it was getting out of hand with the $$$ rigs and not the low buck ones....

As for what I'm gonna say about Off-Road.....Expect changes there. Word I got from a "source" awhile back. Now don't expect changes overnight. He told me it takes 4-6 months for stuff to come out in the mag that they do......So if the info is correct, y'all might be in for a surprise here in a bit. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
