You're gonna be out of soap pretty soon. Then what? The fuzzies will be waiting in your car, your truck, your mower. Waiting for the most opportune time to pounce. "Initiate operation cleanair, fumes is out of soap. Repeat initiate operation cleanair now!"

"Even if you don't know the original cause of the fear, you can still release/heal it using EFT techniques.

I can't put a name on the stuffed animals phobia, but it is probably to do with some kind of real or experienced trauma in the past. It could have been a TV show, movie or maybe you almost got suffocated by one, as a child.

Go to the EFT site: www.emofree.com and find a practitioner on the list who may be in your area to do a one on one session or two. Download the free EFT file for reference from the site. This is incredibly handy information to have available for all kinds of life trauma and anxiety producing situations. It seems too simple to do anything, but tapping on the acupressure meridians in the prescribed manner, following the simple procedure will yield amazing results, very quickly.

In situations where you are isolated from a practitioner, EFT sessions can be guided over the phone with pretty much the same results. You may even be able to clear it yourself! Just read about it and play with it, using some lesser charged feelings or concerns in the beginning. Then, you can work your way up to something more intense. Be specific and just focus on one thought/feeling at a time, using the EFT steps."

:haha: :haha: :haha: I'm not scared of stuffed animals, I just hate the feel of valure, it makes my hands dry up really bad and seeing someone wear an entire suit made outta the stuff gives me the heeby jeebies, cause if I were to have it touching my whole body I'd probably dry up and blow away...
