Funny how everything is always more $ than you plan on.

I found that I had to change my left side upper and lower ball joint, no biggie I just buy the damn things and change them. While taking everything apart I found that my hub socket is no longer anywhere to be found so I go to buy a new one. I then find that I can't get my wheel bearing off because of corrosion has made it seize due to water in the front diff. so I had to break it to get it off. So a project that was supposed to take a couple of hours and cost about $40 now turned into 6 hours and about $100 worth of parts and tools :doah:

One thing I've learned about working on any vehicle... It will ALWAYS cost twice as much and take 3 times as long as I first thought.
