I bought a 77 Jimmy for a trail rig..My cam is still on back order so I decided to start gutting it.. When I ripped up the back carpet I found that somebody had cut a whole in the floor to access the fuel pump... The fuel pump isn't there on a 77..The guy had told me he had replaced the doors and tailgate with electric stuff from a newer Blazer..But he didn't tell me he had replaced the tub our at least the floor...How well what can I expect for $500.00 ...LOL

Hey my rig was 500.00 and I've only replaced the short block, manifold, carb, heads, exhaust, tires, wheels, and will be putting in the carpet, seats, door panels, and dash! Hell after that it will be about 5,000 then all the tickets for not having good plates and since it smoked like crazy then court costs add 2,000 more. Then replacing the body panels for another 2,000 Then another 1,000 for paint I'll have about 10,000 in it.....plus the 500 I paid for it not bad huh!?

How much is a new one? LOL!!
