Whats the requirement before you go to a G-suit suit? I assume you can pull a few 's in most aircraft but at what point are g-suits required? What level are normal militay pilots required to pass in the centrafuge (sp?)
    ??

Pretty much, if the airplane has it, you wear it. If not, you don't. As for the centrifuge, there are different profiles depending on what aircraft you are assigned.

The G suit is only good for 1-2 Gs though. You're body has to do the rest. I've been on my G strain at over 9 Gs and been able to talk on the radio (not that easily though) and I've come close to blacking out at just over 6 Gs when I wasn't ready for it. The civilian air race type pilots fly around pulling 9-10 Gs without a suit.
