Gas Tank Skidplate?

    Anyone know where i can find a gas tank skidplate for my 75 Blazer?

    i have one under my 79 you can buy. ill be relocating the fuel tank and wont need it. $50 sound ok?

    Well Denver, I would start by going to the junk yards around Denver. I've been to most of them looking for odd an ends.
    I can't give you good place to go, make some phone calls or the 4sale form may be of help to you good luck.

    I've also got a '75 and got my skid plate from a '74 or so Suburban. It's pretty beefy steel and totally encloses the tank. Be sure to take all the little brackets that hold it to the frame.

    I have a skidplate out of a 90 blazer I will let go for $50.00 or trade for some used shocks 4 or more. I live in northern CA

    Why do you want a gas tank skidplate? Is it plastic? If so, I wouldn't use it. All it does is hold mud up there and rust out your tanks.
