Yeah, but this is like almost constant. ABout every few minutes it twitches for a 10-30 seconds and then quits. It's getting irritating. If it gets any worse, it'll be like looking at a strobe light outa one eye! /forums/images/icons/ooo.gif

Usually the calcium you get from dairy is not as absorbable as supplemental.............I used to get a lot of calf cramps in the middle of the night from my running.................and I drink a ton of milk................chiropractor friend of mine said take a calcium supplement...........it worked. Also good to have a banana or a half banana a day for the potassium, especially in this heat. /forums/images/icons/cool.gif

Ok, Had the giant banana split and eye twitch was still there. So I had another one! /forums/images/icons/grin.gif Then I tried that holding the breath thing...kinda got whoozy and saw lotsa pretty colors, which is strange, 'cause I'm color blind?? LOL!! /forums/images/icons/grin.gif Yep, I'm kinda like a cock-a-roach-a, I can live for DAYS w/out my head attached! That fact is proven on any given weekend!/forums/images/icons/grin.gif /forums/images/icons/grin.gif /forums/images/icons/grin.gif

Anyway, the eye twitch is mucho better now! We'll see how long it lasts?? /forums/images/icons/crazy.gif
