Ok I am trying to figure out what the gears are in my axles I have out there. I went pulled the cover come up with 43-14 this was also stamped on the ring gear. So I divide it up come up with 3.07 something.. Anyways my question is I have been told it is really a 308 and not 307 any input here as to wether it would really be considered a 3.07 or 3.08?

    Thanks

hmmm.........On my 84K5 on the driver side door there is sticker that say's gearing and next to it has 3.08. When I got the gearing changed to 3.73 the gears that came out of it was 3.07. That was a corp 10 bolt.
