    2) Install bumpers
    3) Put grille together
    4) Splice headlight connectors
    5) Install taillight lenses

    Yeah, because that list is only for his '89 Jimmy. Still has a lot to do to the '78.

    you arent seriously going to tow with the 89 are you? if so, add trans swap to that list about 4 times.

    Jimmy is together.

    Now I just need to get a diesel CUCV, put the axles on the 78 and the diesel in the 89.

    I remember towing with my old 74 Blazer :eek1: . anything above 55mph it would wag it's ass like happy dog :haha:. I hated towing with it . I know it made it worse with a 6" lift and 36" swampers but even when it was stock it still wagged it's ass . I've pulled a 34ft trailer with the crewcab and it was totally calm at 65-70 and I did 80 going up a hill . 2wd 3/4 burb's are dirt cheap in my neck of the wood's and most are not rusty :D .
