    Hi Steve,
Since Tuesday everytime I login at home or at work the following message pops up. Plus the main index page is collapsed and very slow. Is it something with my ID? I was working great up until the server problem on Tuesday.

    Thanks
    TM

Try deleting your browsers cookies, you can do it from the bottom of your homepage.

    Steve,
Did the cookie think this morning and rebooted still getting the error. I have found that the error comes up when I move from My home back to the main index.

    Steve,
I tried everyting on the link and got the same message. Both work and home are Microsoft Explorer. Version at work I am not sure, home I think is 6.0 with XP. Both locations use Cox cable for connection. /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

Perhaps try and manually delete the cookies in your windows folder(s). Worth a shot /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif

yeah I tried that too. plus it is happening no matter where I log in at. it would not be so bad except it has collapsed everything and takes forever to open.

Steve or anybody who can help,
I am still getting the "phase error" above. I have tried everything I can think off. I have gone as far to uninstall and reinstall explore. The only place I am not working well is on the CK5 site. I think it maybe my ID and at this point I will try anything to get it running the way it was two weeks ago. Can a ID be reset and if so how or who can do it? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
