Hey Dan-
If you're really gonna sell your jimmy, then you better take the money and have that Firebird running 9's and that GTO taking a trophy at the local show /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

Well the plan is to get the birb into the 8's and put the GTO on 17s with Baer brakes all the way around and lower it a little and make it one of the high tech resto cars. Maybe even EFI.

I don't think i've ever seen an 8 second suburban before, but i'm sure you could pull off whatever you put your mind to.

And what is the master plan to go about this 8 sec. madness? Fully tubbed, Big block & nitrous???

Yea ment bird. It will run on 28x10.5W slicks, 504 CI and nitrous. We will see what happens but this needs to go first.

I hope that 504 is a Pontiac! I know you woulnt stoop so low as to go BBC. So, getting the Indian Adventures Block, Wensler Heads, and Sheetmetal intake with Enderlie Buzzard Catcher? That would be my first choice in parts....
