Acetone seemed to work pretty well on super glue.

When you do get the glue off, try a Mothers buffing wheel, and their compound.

The aforementioned Acetone or mineral spirits

Acetone (finger nail polish remover) or brake parts cleaner (kinda harsh) will get the super glue off there. Can't help you with the polishing of aluminum.
