    my brother in-law put the new motor in. it is not firing the glow plugs. they work when grounding out the switch. does anyone have a wiring diagram so I can check his hookup.

    I hate that for you ... my dad had the same problem, he shorted the sensors ... they cost hundred of dollars new. I don't know why some diesels need glow plugs and others don't. Cummins uses a heating grid, and it's more fool proof that these stupid glow plugs that burn so easily.

    If you buy the AG-60s you don't have to worry about burnt out glow plugs. Haven't heard of one going out yet!
