Well im looking at an 06 colorado with low miles and started looking around online. Do these things have bad motors? It seem that the I5's are having head/ valve problems, anyone know? should I stay away? Thanks guys...

    2) Gutless piece of sh!t engine
    3) No goddamn cabin room
    4) waste of money

but the ones that have a problem, bitch forever. or the ones that have a percieved problem. We get people often enough that think there is something wrong, when there simply isn't.

I like the exterior look of the Colorado/Canyon... but as far as engines, interior, co$t etc.. I'd rather buy a Ford Ranger. Hate to say it being a chevy guy and everything... but those Rangers are hella cheap and hella reliable. Everything on my 1994 Ranger is stock, except filters, one head light and a couple of brake pads. That ain't bad for a 13 year old truck. Clutch is still factory even. w00t!

When this one dies, I'll prolly scrap it and buy another Ranger.

never had my junk aligned... heater works great too. :thumb:

I also hauled 1100 pounds of axle in the bed of my ranger several hundred miles. Dunno if I was over the weight rating for my rig or not (I have the 2wd wimpy engine one... rear axle looks like a toothpick).. but it made it home. :)

on a side note, I bet the straight 5 would be a cool buggy engine. :)

I drove a 05 ranger edge for a year (24K miles) no problems with it at all. All I did was change the oil in it.
