Not really. I have fully come to expect this sort of crap from GM. Even if they were to build it with a SFA I would pass for two reasons, poor build quality and butt ugly looks..........

So whom was it that I degraded? It's ok though, I see that you're a big follower of GM. Jim Jones had followers up until the end.........

I like the older GM products. Nothing newer really does it for me except maybe a Corvette, but that's way out of my price range.

Ya don't get a bad reputation for nothing. GM has been pumping out bad quality for years and with every new model they claim the quality will be better than the last. Ever heard of the boy who cried wolf.............

I actually like the looks of the new SUV's. Build quality remains to be seen. However, they did copy the Ford Explorer to a degree, but there are only so many variations of a four door SUV that you can come up with.

build quality has gone down in EVERYthing, not just GM trucks,,,,,,,i'll bet there were alot of people back in the 70's that didn't like the new looks of vehicles when they were new either,,,,just because it's a change, doesn't mean it's a bad thing.

the boxy style Blazer and Burb of the 70's and 80's is gone, deal with it.

Personally, I think that the GMC one lools like the superduty and the chevy one is butt ugly. I guess GM will do anything to make some money, cause they need it.

Yeah thats kind of what I thought. Personally, I love all the technology they are putting into the new gm vehicles. I mean really......displacement on demand systems, the insane fuel injection systems they have that pump out alot of reliable horsepower as in the entire lsx family, the new duramax and allison combo which is enough to yank yer swank at. I love all the new engines gm is coming back out with, but the packaging they are putting them in isnt really my cup o tea unless yer talking about the new vette. That car is the bees knees in my books and is an all around monster of a car. In other words, most new gm vehicles dont appeal to me. I am more of an old school guy when it comes to gm.

Yes, but they did away with the torsion bars on the new Tahoe front ends and put on coil overs. There's a HUGE improvement. I hope the change is across their whole truck line.
