Is it possible to change it so that the tie rod is over the knuckle holes? I know it might interfere with springs but I may use 1" zero rates under the pack.

Why? to go through with high steer its going to be just as easy as going with high steer and crossover.

Why? Your steering will still suck offroad without crossover. Ask Shawn (Supersize75). He went offroading in his Blazer with 38's for the first time this weekend and he learned really quickly why crossover is necessary.

Your tire size and your semi-loose steering belt didn't help your cause any either. Not to mention the amount of flex you have in the front. If you don't have alot of flex and don't get twisted up you won't notice it near as much as you did last weekend.

I don't want to go crossover till I go Dana 60 but that may happen sooner than originally planned. Need to try and locate one.

Gotta agree with Jason on this one......

By the time you've installed the highsteer arms, you're most of the way to crossover anyway. All it takes is a new draglink, arm, and 2WD box.
