I'm using the Edelbrock 3702 in my rebuild .. a little warmer than stock but not enough to mess with the 'puter. doesnt do much after about 5500 rpm but it builds good torque off idle to about 3500-4000

From what I understand you can get away with anything up to about .440 lift on the TBI computer gigs. The main thing (also from what I've been told) that the lobe seperation is key with computers and cams. Something like 112 lobe sep is supposed to be right on the money, but again this is from what I've gathered from around here. I too am building the same setup. I've only gotten as far as getting the block back from the shop and painting it......Damn I wish this money tree would grow faster!! [IMG]

Still hoping the GOV'T will ban the use of loud stereos with RAP music. [IMG]

Call up your cam manufacture of choice and ask the tech line., That is gonna be your best advice. You are basically SOL with the stupid TBI ecm since it is speed density... You can however look into a MAP adjuster from Turbociy or talk to a chip burner about what they can trick the eem into with a new custom chip. I have been scouting for one also and haven't had much luck at all finding one that satisfys me.

OK here are the cam's I've selected; crane cam # 114122 - this is in JMT and needs to be advanced 5 deg. at install. this cam is going in IE on the current rebuild; 12-249-4 comp cam.
