GM Dana 60, 1979-1980, SRW, BOM #610057-1, 4:10 open, has Ford outers. It is all there, less lock outs. Ford outers means from the knuckles out, it is all Ford. The splindle, brakes, knuckle, rotor, hub, and anything else. The bearings were ok, but I was gonna replace them anyway. This was going in my d/d, and was gonna replace any seals, bearings etc. The brakes need to be replaced, rotors needs to be turned. Neither are very expensive. I think a 100 bucks to do the brakes, thats new calipers and pads, and hardware. You could have the whole thing rebuilt for a couple bucks, and never have to worry bout it again. There are no hubs, so that will be the only expensive part. good deal or not

you didn't say how much for it? ford outers I believe you can't run anything smaller than 16" rims, dual piston caliper thing.

sounds just a little steep to me. but sometimes you pay quite a bit for a worse one.

i wouldn't go for it man. the ford knuckles are notoriously weaker than the chevy or dodge design. i think you're getting cheated. if it was a ford center section, then maybe I'd go for it.
