i bought some of those baja lights from my local o'reilleys and mounted them behind my grill by drilling some holes in my grill mounts. they aren't incredibly bright but they get the job done and they also sell a little wiring kit with a switch and everything... the whole kit and kaboodle (s/p?) was only like 45 bucks or so.

i bought the wall mart style ones for 10$, those are a deal, all i can say is they are KC daylighter knockoff's, they come with hard plastic covers that stand up to tree branch abuse, and once i ran under a low tree branch that was 1" thick, and the lights didnt brake off, they are bright too and look cool, id go walmart and get em for 17$ a peice. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I have mine on the roof. The outside two each have their own switch, then the center light has its own switch (total of 3 switches.) The wiring is kinda amish, because it runs down the outside of the A-pillar on the passenger side, and into the engine bay. Drilled the switches into that square access panel under the dash. I'm trying to figure out a relay for the lights, to pump a little more juice out. While the truck is running, I can flip on all 5 lights and the charging system will only drop 1/2 volt.

If ya get them, word of advice. Glue on the covers! I've had those mesh covers on and off about 10 times. The wind hits the light and pushes back, trying to steal them.

If you talking about the light in the picture posted above on the prerunner, then they are 9" made by lightforce. I have a pair on the front of my truck and they put out a hell of a lot of light.
