ok i have finally got my knucles, and got them machined, got my arms and everything, but here is my question
should i run from the sterring box to right knucle, and then from there to another arm on my drivers side? or just run one arm, and leave the stock drag link? do i really need both arms?

you only run one drag link, from steering box to passenger side arm off the new machined knuckle. the only time you'd want to add an arm to the driver side is if you are going with histeer in which case your tie rod goes above the springs.
