good set of heat resistant plug wires?

    need some good wires, headers get pretty hot also with the duals what do you do about the fuel lines? is there a heat shield or will some good ol aluminum tape do the trick?

    I dont have any problems w/ my headers and fuel lines. The cable to the starter has gotten close at times but has never even discolored. As far as wires go, I use Taylor wires w/ 90* boots. Havent charred them yet and theyve been on for over a yr and a half. Make sure you get a 90* spark plug ends though.

    right on! got some chepo plugs from autozone 90 deg angle double silicon type wire only 16.00 for the set and lifetime warranty??? have not put them on yet.

    Well that beats the hell out of the 80-90 a set for the Taylors w/ no lifetime warrantee! Oh well ya only go around once. LOL!

    ya I will just have to change them out with every oil change,but hey they are free.

    [/ QUOTE ] HEHE! I wonder how long theyd let you get away w/ that. I prob wont get high dollar wires next time. Unless I get an MSD box and coil, all I have now is an Accel coil. An MSD 6AL is in the plans but I have too many other things to get 1st.
