My 454 needs some love. Any place that stands out as the "best" or "cheapest" etc? (sounds like I have a rod knock developing. )

Are you looking for a good machine shop or someone to do the whole teardown/rebuild for you?

I really don't have the time to build it. So preferably someone I can just take the motor to.

A good machine shop might be good too since I am building a stroker for my Jeep.

I was really happy with F&M (~I70 and Kipling). They were reasonably priced and did some really good work!
