Now I just have to decide on inside the pants holster, outside the pants holster, or shoulder holster.

how bout put it in your pocket, i holster would be kinda hummm, how do i say it
    not necessary?
    for a weapon that small
plus it would look dumb, and it really isn't a self defense weapon.

    Tasty though

Holster wouldn't be too silly, I mean, you have to have it with you when your walking about in the backwoods or whatnot, and just putting it in you pocket isn't the best idea.

Orientation can get hosed, linty parts, and if you're stupid enough to carry other stuff with it you can get popped in the leg.

the gun has a safety, a hammer block, it isn't going to fire unless you want it to, and pocked lint is a non issue to someone who takes care of their weapons

It is a laser sight, and I'm afraid grit and other crap from my pocket would mess it up. I've always got a crap load of stuff in either pocket: keys, knife, gerber tool, ect ect... I'll just be carrying it in the woods to shoot armadillos and maybe some squirrels if they're close.. like if they start dropping nuts on my head in the woods while I'm deer hunting.

Got the store that sold it talked down to 329. Could have had the one without the laser sight for 260, but the laser is just too cool :D

I'm about to go site it in and test serveral different kinds of ammo through it.

Ebay has both the walther brand and a knock off brand..

Alot of EXCELLENT info on these guns at www.rimfirecentral.com

Lots of people run supressors, since we have threaded barrels it makes it easy :D I'm seriously thinking on saving up the 300 bucks for a Gemtech outlaw II, and saving up 200 more for the stamp.

There is a guy who has 75,000 rounds through his on the rimfire forum, but there are alot of people that have had simliar issues, many of which are easily fixable with minor mods...

Also, S&W services them, and they will fix or replace it if something goes wrong, even if you're the second owner, top notch service!!

its already taken 2 armadillos and alot of paper :D

Just bought the same thing for my wife.

And it would be a fine defensive gun if you press 10 or so 22LR's into center of mass:whistle:
