I saw a post in here somewhere and it got me to thinkin. What and where are some of your favorite places to eat? either in your town or somewhere you've traveled, or both. For me in San Angelo TX it was a place called the Pack Saddle, here in Grand Junction Colorado It was Bennets BBQ, they closed so its Fiesta Guadalahara good stuff. In MOAB it's Eddie Mcstiff's. In Denver CO its ESPN ZONE. (plus I used to work there) this is just a few of my favorites so Come on and share. Oh yea one more is the Salty DAWG in Liberal Kansas, and the Cactus grill in Forgan OK Find them and Enjoy. Oh yea the wife just reminded me of the BIG TEXAN in Amarillo.:D  ;) :D   :cool1: :waytogo: :ears: :k5: One more thing whats good to eat?

Chi Chi's pizza up in North Jersey, Bound Brook.... They make bar none, the most incredible, original sausage pizza ever, ground up real fine.. Amazing... everyone I know thats ever eaten there feels the same way.. can't say I've ever had anything else on their menu.. Small bar onsite too, so pictures of Draft go perfect with it..

Around here the Pavillion is good. When I'm at home we go to Mankato and Mexican Villiage sounds like a dump but it's classy and has really good food. When I go to see my girlfriend there's a small romantic italian place called Tratoria da Vinci in downtown St. Paul that's absolutely delicious, best meals I've ever had, bar none.

Oh, I forgot one I just have to add... The LumberJack Inn in Tupper Lake, NY.. small little place with chainsaws all over the walls, but they serve the most sick breakfasts ever.. Everythings huge.. Ya order like French Toast, bacon and toast and it's like 3 huge plates. and it'll be like $5. :eek1: Your definitely on a food high when ya walk outta there.. :haha:

Its a tradition for me and my camping buddies when we're up there.. We figure if you ate there 3, 4 days a week, you'd be dead in 6 months from the cholesterol.. I usually try to get there twice in the week..

haha, cool, It really is a small world.... :D If I could retire somewhere, that would be a strong candidate.. Other than the long winter gig.. :eek1:

Fish Creek is our stomping ground up there.. Just a bit north of Tupper Lake.. Been camping up there about 12 yrs now. Nothing I like more than cruising around the creeks and lakes up there in the bass boat looking for big Northern and Bass...

quick hijack, then back to our regularly scheduled food frenzy... :haha:

We never had much luck for years.. We would bag a ton of bass, which surprised me that far north. Lot of 4 to 6 lb larges.. But a few years back we hit a streak for about 3 days where we just killed Northern. found a creek stretch where we would just troll up and down and were hauling a dozen each a day for 3 days, all in the 25 to 40" range.. such fun... :D
