got my 1901 carb in

    just wanted to pass on the info. i installed my 1901 carb and worked great out of the box. now the power band seems more continuos, no more bogging durring acceleration. just drove around the fields :-) a little, still have to do the road test on it and the hill test, and the time test, and the mpg test, and who knows what else.

    LOL, yeap they don't make them like they used to. did i tell you i replaced my fuel pump with gravity feed one.

    Hey arq, put a 3" piece of fuel line on the float bowl vent tube to prevent splashing gas into the primaries on super bumpy roads. It works great!

    i'll try that. i was wondering why there was gas all over the place on my last trip down the baja500.
