I am thinking of buying a navigation system to put in the truck. Wondering if someone can recomend one for me. I saw one in Sam's made by Magellan that seemed decent but slightly higher than I was looking to pay (it was $800 range) I origionally had an idea of using a laptop or maybe building an in-car computer to use. I have looked at in-car computers a few years ago for a different car project I was working on, but it has been a while and my info on it is probably outdated now. So I decided to look into commercial units. I am still interested in an in-car comp set-up if anyone has some suggestions on computer programs. Any info is usefull.
