    I'm in Omaha doing some looking at apts. I really like the one my friend we're staying with has. 96th and Q area. Good size 1 bdr for $540.00 a month. Today is going too be a long day of looking at apts, and for mom too get aps for everyplace we can think of around here.

    Found a coupe apts we I like. One go's for $440.00 a month, the other for $485.00 a month. Just need too get the trailer house sold and I'll be ready too move.

    Buying another mobile just isn't an option or what???You'll never make your money back renting.

    Yeah, rent never, ever stops. Buy it and even if you move, ya get something out of it!

    I think if I were gonna buy a mobile I'd go for an elderly only park, put everything in Moms name.Probably save you some cash and gain in value abit more too.

    Not at this point. Plan is too do a apt. for a year, and hopefully buy a regular house (No wheels, LOL). I want too give myself time too0 look around fr the perfect house at a price I van handle. I'd like too stay under $200,000.00.

    Made it back to Rapid City this afternoon. I'm still pretty worn out. Found 3 possible apts. that I like. Now I need too get off my lazy arse, shampoo the carpets and get the trailer house sold.

    I would say if you can get a mortgage and try and aim your payments around the 500 mark. You will be paying the same as the rent, but you will get something out of it in the end. Not just paying someone. I made that change not long ago, best thing I have done.
