Grilled peppers

    I just grilled some jalepenos. some were stuffed with pepper jack, some stuffed with montzerella. Man they were AWSOME!

    Anahiems and seranoes work well too but avoid the scotch bonnet...

    Try wrapping some bacon around the pepper after you stuff them first. Damn good!

    Or try cooking the bacon and mixing it with cream cheese and then stuffing them...
