There are several military Chevrolet pick ups (and 1 civillian Blazer) for auction in Texas. The current auction ends around 15 Febuary, and I want to know if any one is interested in buying one or more of these vehicles. It seems like if we can get together and make a cooperative effort we can score some excellent parts. For myself I need a Blazer tub or pickup chassis and frame and would be willing to trade off the drive train to get it. The trucks have 6.2L diesel, TH400 trans, NP208 T-case, Dana 60 fronts and GM FF 14 bolt rears, 4.56 ratio gearing and I think a Detroit locker in the rear(don't hold me to the last part). Drop me a line if there is interest in all or part.

Yes, I want one of the pickups. I have the 14BFF/D60 combo already, but i'd like to get the complete truck. I need a good frame and cab, the engine can be dumped and prolly the tranny because I do'nt think the bolt pattern is the same on the 6.5 and a gas chevy engine. I haven't bid yet, but i've subscribed and looked everything over.

I can be reached at realsquash@yahoo.com or realsquash on yahoo messenger.

Who's gonna give me one of them for posting the info... [IMG] I got my blazer from them to but I bought it at a auction they had locally if you look at the web page you can find a list of the regular auctions to. Lot of good stuff goes for cheap at them.

I'll let you have all the spare parts if you can get one up to WI! Otherwise i have to attempt to drive one or get it delivered.
