Okay, I'm looking at two pistols and I was wondering if I could get some opinions from the weapons experts on this site:

    Taurus Tracker 357, Model 627SSA
    - Purchase from original owner.
    - Approx 100 rounds through it.
    - 7 Shot Revolver
    - http://www.taurususa.com/products/product-details.cfm?model=627SS4&category=Revolver

    Glock 23 (.40 S&W) (NOT 23C)
    - Includes two 10 rnd magazines
    - Includes two 13 rnd magazines
    - Purchase from original owner.
    - Approx 200 rounds through it.
    - Has factory case and paperwork.

I am looking for what you would value thse weapons at if in good to great condition. TIA!!

Thanks Paul. Based on that, looks like the Glock is about $200 under value and the .357 is about at it's very top value.

I can get both for $600, or $250 for Glock & $375 for Taurus.

    So, would you do it?

I don't like glocks because they are ugly . My wife took her classes with one and didn't like the grip . So I am not a good man to ask about it . The Taurus if it was a little lower in price would be awesome .

Do you need both ? Cause you could sell one to get some cash back .

The only other Glock I used was a 17 & 19 around 1994. I liked them, except for the wide grip. I have small hands. :haha:

As for needing, I don't NEED either. I already have 6-7 guns that I don't shoot. Haven't in years. I just always wanted a S&W 686, and this 357 w/ ported barrel seems like a good weapon. As for the Glock, good price was part of reason to purchase. I have $$ in my pocket that is burning holes. I figure if I buy weapons, it' s better than a CD. I can most likely always get my $$ back.

Buy the Glock, even if you don't need it, you can get good resale, suspiciously cheap though......

Buy 'em both. The price for the .357 alone is a little high, but the price on the glock is so low, that the package deal looks real good. Is the guy firm on his price? Show him $550 cash, see if he goes for it. .357's are real nice pistols.

I was leaning this way. However, I have promised myself to never sell another weapon except due to extreme circumstances.

As stated, I was thinking along these lines.
