Good lord Branndon...what you need is a

    car.

    J/K

Somewhat seriously though, for as often as i see you race, do burnouts etc etc etc a car would be much better for the job. Watching you 'race' that thing is akin to watching someone rock crawl with a Camaro.

I dont know how mnay times I have thought about that. For the money that we put in these things I could have one hell of a street car. Just one axle to upgrade, No need for beefy skid plates etc. So basically all your money could go into motor and tranny, then just appearance stuff.

jeez I need to go wheeling:haha:

The car thing was on my mind today, because I just tubbed my truck. Not for slicks obviously...but it did get me thinking. :doah:

I need to do some wheeling too.

Are you part of a wheeling club Branndon? I found that when I was part of a club I was out wheeling pretty regularly...

I eventually decided I didn't fit in to well with the club I was with and stopped participating. I found that it was difficult to organize any sort of wheeling after that, often wheeling alone or with one other truck. I'm trying to join another club right now, and already feel like it's a better fit for me. I now have a fair amount of external motivation to get my pile of crap mobile and to keep it that way.

FWIW, to go wheeling for me is pretty much a 90 minute drive no matter where I go, just to get to the trailhead. The gooder stuff is usually farther away than that. There are no fees involved, but even with the diesel I can run through a fair bit of fuel.

Same goes here too. Once I joined a club I actually took my truck out instead of looking at it in the garage needing parts. I feel for ya on the drive. I've got an '02 Chevy with the 8.1 and my closest wheelin is an hour away. It is still cheaper than a therapist though.:D

Well, you can only do so much to a truck that's got spark plugs....:wink1:

"gas is something you pass, out your [sit down place], not what you put in a Dodge.":haha: :doah:
