I have a 79, and want to go full convertable is there anyone that has done this and what is involved, other than the sawzall top removal. I am wondering if any vendors make a cap for the roof, or any homemade instructions on how to do it.

    thanks

Funny you should ask. There is a guy I went wheeling with (if you check my photo page, look for the black blazer with a winch next to my truck on a hill, brush guard & 4 lights on it...) He used a sawzall and chopped the doo doo out of it. He regretted it beyond all that you could imagine.

    Don't do it.
