Okay, I need a little help figuring this one out. My '90 with the 6.2 became really hard to start this last spring when it sat for more than a few hours. The problem was traced to a weak fuel lift pump and it was replaced and the hard starting problem went away.......except for when the truck is parked uphill (such as my driveway). I usually back it into my driveway (facing downhill) and I haven't had any starting issues, even when it's sat for a week or more. The other day I just pulled it in forward and after sitting for a few days it took a LOT of cranking before it finally fired. After thinking about this spring and the issue, it seems as if I did have more problems when parked uphill but didn't realize it at the time because it was still pretty hard to get started when sitting level or downhill.
