Ok, my hard top has been cracked in the back since i got the truck. The crack is on both sides just a bit lower than the top of where the window rolls up. Is there any way that i can make this a bit stronger, my top shakes a lot back there when i get going down the freeway with the window down

You could 'glass over it, but hardtops are a dime a dozen - I'd just look around for a new one.

Sorry but I don't know of any place that sells new 1973-1975 Blazer tops......Maybe you can find a 1976 on, but if you know of a place let the rest of us know. I could use one myself.

Besides that, most '73-'75 tops are cracked also if they haven't already been fixed. Fiberglass is pretty cheap and easy to work with. I'll be fixin' mine someday......unless I find a good one for a dime....

the 73 and early 74's were prone to this. The top was redesigned in 74 and has overlaping seams to prevent cracks and breaking appart at the seams. you need to find a used late 74 or 75 top. Hate to tell you this but I have 2. Sorry neiter is for sale at this time. One is to replace mine that is also cracked from body flexing and cracked at the rear window bottom corner and angles off to the back. As soon as it really lets go I'm cutting it up to try out a few things and the other top will remain unmolested for winter use.

There's two in the boneyard up the road - look to be in good shape. There's been several for sale on here during the last few months too.

when you use the fiberglass you need to leave the 2 seems open if you glass over them they will tend to crack and it looks even worse then before(my brother did the glass thing but covered over them and it cracked) just my 2 cents
