You might try a search for this, even though they don't seem to work well.....it's been discussed at length. It's just a fiberglass top....it can be painted with just about any automotive paint.

Painted mine last year. Take the top off, remove the seals and windows (or mask them good). I replace all the seals and weather sstripping. You need to sand an make sure the paint wraps around the corners and under the seals or it will start to peel at that area. Sand it down smooth (wear long sleeves and a respirator). Wipe it down good and repair any imperfections. If the glass strands aren't showing, you can use a good 2 part filler. If the glass strands are showing, wipe the repair area down with acetone and use resin to fill in the area. Sand with 320 or 360 grit wet/dry paper and prime it with a good primer sealer. Wet sand it again with 320/360 paper and paint it with the top coat. If your looking for a quick cheap way to do it, disregard the above.

I just had my truck painted in the fall. The body shop painted the top the same color as the black in my two-tone scheme. The only prep done to the top was to etch it with some kind of acid. Once that was done they simply painted it and clearcoated it, same as the rest of the truck............

I painted mine last summer. Just washed, sanded, masked and taped it off and painted with some semi-flat black. Looks pretty good, but I chipped it putting some stuff in the back, and now some is chipping off, but its my fault.
