i was curious if anyone has ever wanted to put a older K-5 Frame and axles on a newer Blazer body like the 95 Yukons or what not??? are the measurements close to each other??? or are the body mounts way off???? just curious cuz i might have a lead on a newer Body for mine . kinda wanting something different and i really like those bodies . any help would be appreciated .

There was a post not long ago exactly like this one. ANYTHING can be done, but its not worth it. Itll look like hammered pig shi...... IMO.

SFA swaps are just too easy now a days w/ kits being available, just swap in an early axle and call it done in a weekend.

I was a body man until recently and have a print out of late 2nd gen K5 frame measurements. If I still had access to the computer I would get one of the newer Blazers/ Tahoes to show just how far off all of it is.
