has anyone ever shipped a tranny/tcase

    I do not have forward air near me so is there any other cheap way to ship this

    join the club, living in low population area lends itself to lack of anything good, not even tranny shops, nothing....

    we are so deprived.... ppl in Cali and Wa and so forth have it totally made, completely, they dont even know how much so.

    Terminal to terminal truck frieght companies can be resonably priced too. Just need to find a company with terminals near you and the seller...

    Or if you check with yesterday's tractor and look in the hauling schedule you may find someone to haul it for you.

    I shipped a TH350/203 Set up to Arizona from NY. I put it on a pallet and plastic wrapped it. American freightways carried it. 125.00.
    A 208 t/case can be shipped ups alone. When I crate them, they only weigh 110 #'s. But a tranny case is to big for UPS.
