I know of 2 people that have spares, one is for sure selling his. Both are in great working order with the hard to find adapter included. If there is interest, I will find out the prices.

Bend, Oregon. I talked to boh people this morning. one will sell the other will not. It is a good running 203 with adapter from a 79 chevy 3/4 ton. all it needs is the shifter box. he wants $250 for everything.

That's a decent price, how about the output shaft from the trans? That's a pretty important piece, we've had problems finding them before. There's 3 important pieces, output from trans, input gear, and the adapter plate. Past that the parts get a lot more common since you can use any NP203 and any TH400 if you have the 3 magic pieces.

if anyone else needs these pieces I have 2 78 k 20's with th 400's and np 203,s the both leak but work, I can pull them since these are my spare pulling trucks and if they are to be driven I will swap in my other drive train, also have a junk yard in my neck of the woods that has 3 of the same trucks,
