WHAT? THAT'S THE NEW GTO? Why the hell aren't they going to make it at least resemble the old GTOs. What friggin morons. At least it is a V8 and RWD, though.

It's the Holden Monaro. Grand son of the black Monaro the "Night Rider" was driving in the beginning of Mad Max./forums/images/icons/cool.gif

I'm seriously jealous of some of the cars they have over there, even the Ford ones! In Australia and New Zealand you can still get a GM (Holden) or Ford RWD car that is V8 powered and not any bigger than a Lumina, Grand Prix, or Taurus./forums/images/icons/tongue.gif

Trust me, very fast, very menacing, and will more than likely have a very mean exhaust note. I rode around in a Holden Commodore, which is pretty much a slightly bigger 4 door version, with the same LT1 (or is it LS1, which one is the current Vette engine?) as a Vette and that thing flew. This is smaller and lighter, so it'll be even meaner. Guy had the Commodore up to 220kph (about 130mph) and it wasn't even trying. Only reason we didn't go faster was my ex was beating on his arm screaming at him to stop showing off./forums/images/icons/smile.gif/forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

That was my point also. I'm sure it's fast, but it reminds me of a Dodge Stratus or something along those lines. I was hoping it would look something like the old GTO./forums/images/icons/frown.gif
