    Last night I had an odd dream, and in this dream I was driving a hummer...the "OG" hummer H1.

    anyways when i woke up I got to thinking. i have never seen an H1 lifted?
    Have you?

    i dont think i have ever seen one lifted either.

    Never in person, but I've seen a couple with 2 or 3" of lift. They're either body lifts or coil spacers though.

    I saw mine nose down in a hole once. I think if you lifted one it would probably ruin its capabilities.

    couple of weeks ago i saw an oddly huge red h1 fly around a turn...it looked alot bigger than a normal h1 and i was tempted to turn around and follow it..but i had to be somewhere so that shot that idea down...either or in my area you see maybe 1 h1 a year so it caught me off gaurd

    Wasnt there one, in some other country, like the netherlands or something? I think I heard it was stolen. I know it had large tires ~44", but dont recall if it was lifted or not.

    I've seen one. He used some sort of HD snowplow springs to get a little lift out of it. Wasn't very impressive though.....

    but it is still independant suspention, you could lift it easy just buy building something to space down the a arms as much as you want.

    show me one with rockwells or something cool like that.

    maybe dana 80s front and rear :saweet:

    There was one at SEMA I believe a couple of years ago that was lifted. It was covered briefly by one of the Primedia rags. IIRC only one or two people make a lift kit for 'em.

    Don't know if it counts or not, but a while back in a magazine, I saw an H1 body kit on a chevy truck. It was pretty sweet. 44inch Swampers, no doors; looked pretty cool. I'll try to dig up a pic. It wasn't a real hummer, but it looked real cool.

    yeah ive seen the body kit ones, one was in top truck a few yrs back started as a suburban... and ive never seen an H1 lifted but when you can fit 38"s stock, why bother?

    Found it! 4Wheeler Oct of 2000. It even has a doubler. :yikes:
