i bought the cheepy headers from autozone for my k20, i believe they are flowtech, and the collector flange is hitting the front drive shaft. has anyone else had this problem. the 85 k5 has headers and the clearance is about 1 1/2". i dont remember what brand they are. could i just hammer it till it has enought clearance?
    thanks TJ

had that problem. Didn't realize it though. It fixed itself after a night of off roading.

Only interference issue i had with mine were the bolts for the front shackles. Fixed that with a grinder in like two seconds and no issues.

I had that problem with my hooker headers but they were off a 71 chevelle. I just heated the primaries with a torch then used a bug C clamp to pull it towards the frame. Now I have quite a bit of clearence.
