I've put headers on 2 different Blazers. It really wasn't that bad. The worst part I remember was getting the A/C brackets back on without the stock manifolds. I was REALLY lucky too. I used cheapass headers and they never leaked or anything. One of the Blazers had a real sweet 400 and it really hauled balls after I put on the headers and duals. I used the Fel-Pro brand gaskets. Although I heard Rol makes really good ones too.

I have Flowtech Afterburners and I'm very happy with them. I got the ceramic coated ones. They are really worth it.
