    Hey guys,
I'm looking to buy an 89 near me that I can get for about $3200. It has a relatively new target motor, and the only real problem is that the back glass was smashed by some theives that stole the radio. Anyway, my question is this...when did GM change from four seperate headlights (two lowbeams, two highs) to the composite one piece with seperate bulbs for low and high? And can the 89 be converted to this, or am I way off base? Thanks.

Some of the 89's had single and some had dual. I think it was just a matter of the options
